spouse tax relief

Postby Jintray » Tue May 15, 2018 10:35 am

Hi

If my partner makes a contribution to my pension (within the total limitations of her £40k allowance etc), does she get tax relief - ie does it add to her 20% tax band ?

No.

She can make a contribution to her own pension scheme.
