Tax repayment - non resident

Postby Chanmuganathan » Mon Jun 30, 2025 5:05 pm

A non-resident (who has never lived in the UK) recently received a P45 from a UK pension scheme without NI number, which deducted 45% tax from a lump sum payout inherited from her late father. She wants to reclaim the tax from HMRC. Does anyone know how to go about this?
