Are Case 4 conditions met in the following scenario?
I am resident overseas at the beginning of the tax year;
At the start of the year I have a home in the UK as well as one overseas ;
During the year I sell the overseas home;
Thus my UK home is now my ONLY home;
I return to the UK and start living in that home until the end of the year.
