Income distributons from a property unit trust

Postby Feds » Fri Jul 20, 2018 9:49 am

Hi,

I have recieved distributions from a property unit trust, threadneedle UK property.
This is not in an ISA, but a general investment account.

How are the distributions assessed? Will it be "rental" income under schedule A, or investment income?

Thanks

Is it not clear from the documentation supplied as to the type of income?

It may well be rental income.
