Trust deed between spouses and Form 17

Postby NickPrice » Sun Aug 11, 2024 9:24 pm

If spouses have agreed on a certain percentage split, which they after some years want to change in an amended trust deed, while submitting an updated Form 17, does any stamp duty or CGT considerations arise in such re-distribution of property shares between spouses? I know in the past it didn't but just want to make sure things have not changed.
