VAT on music promotion

Postby mattklis » Fri Apr 06, 2018 3:20 am

Hello

I run a music website in UK (visitors from around the world), and promote independent artists from USA. Musicians pay me via PayPal (they live in USA) for promoting their music on social media, websites, and other digital platforms. Do I need to charge VAT if they live in USA?

Thanks
