Hi there

I am currently purchasing a flat and looking to put it up for sale immediately. Can I avoid paying stamp duty on my purchase if i sell it within a short space of time and would i incur any CGT as a result of not living in it myself?

Stamp duty- don't know of any schemes to avoid this.

CGT would be payable on disposal.

Regards.
