Thanks for that al.

I can't blame the revenue for doing something about this as i suspect alot of people do not declare rental income as they should.

I don't know why they don't simply do a form that has to be filled in within 3 months of receiving rental income as is the case for self employment,if not done then £100 fine.The £100 penalty process works very well with regard to getting people to submit their tax returns/subby returns and p35 returns on time.
