I am a migrant living in the island of Saotome and Principe will i need to pay tax on my overseas property? I have had some information from http://www.wealthprotectionreport.co.uk ... ment56.cfm but i need more supplementary info.

Hello Jasamoah,

If you are receiving rental income from UK property and the total income exceeds your total allowances and reliefs then UK tax will be payable.

You will need to register for self assessment with HMRC if you have not done so already to file a self assessment tax return.
