Farmhouse

Hi, can anyone shed any light on this please.......I own 3.5 acres of former arable land which was sold off in smaller plots and wish to start a coarse fishing business run from a small house just offsite. Could this be deemed as a farmhouse if the business was run by me from it and it was my home.? If it qualifies I would like to perhaps form some kind of trust to leave it to my children. Any advice greatly appreciated :D

No, because coarse fishing is not farming.
