TAXATION ON PROPERTY SOLD ABROAD

Postby derick4real » Sat Jun 19, 2021 1:05 pm

Hi everyone,
I bought a residence apartment in Belgium in 2015, and i became Uk Taxed residence in 2018.

So i'm planning to sell my Belgium apartment, so i can use the proceedings to buy a house in England possibly.

Please my question is about Uk taxation on the proceedings (money).
Please am i required to pay tax bring the proceedings(Money) to Uk to buy a house in England?
Anyone with a similar experience can share please.
Thank in advance for any contribution.

Are you UK or non-UK domiciled?
