Postby kanrent » Tue Apr 12, 2022 10:00 am

Hi
I had to replace a faulty gas boiler of the same type in my rental property
Is this classed as a repairs and maintenance sa105 box 25 on my tax return.
Or is it classed as capital allowance sa105 box36 on my tax return.

It's classed as a repair.
With a pinch of salt take what I say, but don't exceed your RDA
