Lifetime Tenancy Protect Tenants

Postby mac1611 » Thu Jul 21, 2022 9:30 pm

I have just bought a second home and want 2 old friends of mine who have mobility problems to live in it. My question is ,is there some way of protecting their tenancy if anything happened to me .The flat will be in my will left to them but I would love them to have a lifetime tenancy if its possible.I cannot find any info ,only short term tenancies .Can anyone point me in the right direction to protect them .
PS I own my main residence and live in it

Try this, using "Other".
https://www.lawdepot.co.uk/contracts/tenancy-agreement/?loc=GB&pid=msnppc-1240249194960686-77515739306831_sl-msnkey_tenancy+for+life+agreement&webuser_data_id=145064658
With a pinch of salt take what I say, but don't exceed your RDA
