Personal income tax relief on building works
I am considering buying a house, demolishing it and building a new one on the same plot. The house is to be used as residence. Will I be eligible to any personal income tax relief? If so, how does it apply and where can I read more about it?

Simple answer is no. There are no income tax reliefs for buying a house.
