Hello all,
I'm after a little bit of help/advice please.
We currently have a large garden that at the bottom of it has three large buildings that I would like to look at renting out for storage. I want to know if I would be better off dividing the house and the part of the land that has the buildings on? it has a road that goes down to them that could also be segregated.
would the buildings/land be better off held in a business name rather than personal for tax purpose from the revenue from renting the buildings out?
