I own three properties and want to become legit as I have not declared income on the rent. I live in one with my wife and children and rent 2. But I have had times when the property has been empty and have not made much profit at all since renting. How much income tax would I need to pay? and how much CGT would be payable if I sell?

Estimates of income tax and CGT cannot be made from the information supplied but you need to professional advice quickly.
