Hi guys,
I live in a 6 bed BnB, and have operated it for 3 years/owned 10yrs, my family is growing and I’m hoping to buy a second house (as my main residence.)
Will I have to pay the extra Stamp Duty? Considering the first house (BnB is a business property ?
Also, if I’m looking to use my second house as an BnB overspill, will there be stamp duty at all?
Thanks.
