I currently own no properties
I am in an unusual situation where I am considering purchasing a small property in a Ltd company - myself and my sister would be directors. I understand this would subject to the 3% SDLT surcharge
When i one day buy my own residential property (outside the company) will I be subject to the 3% SDLT surcharge? I thought not, since the limited company and I are separate entities. However, I have received conflicting advice and therefore would be grateful for any help
