VAT rate for baby changing bags

Does anyone know how much the VAT rate is for baby changing backpacks? I am unsure whether its zero or reduced or the standard rate.
Not zero rated, as not clothing. (Unless it includes some items of children's clothing.)
Not reduced rated.
So must be standard rated.
