Hi everyone here,
This is my first post. I did search this question but I had no luck.
This appears to be most simple question. I even feel embarrassed to ask here, but I couldn't find answer anywhere!
I am preparing VAT for my clients, for some of the transactions, my clients don't have invoice back up. Especially for the micro businesses, admin is an ongoing issue. I can't tell if the supplier is VAT register or no. In this situation, Which VAT code should I use to be absolutely correct? 0% or out of scope?
You might say - just go and chase the invoice! but sometimes it is not practicable.
Many thanks in advance
