Hello,
We plan to buy parts (VAT registered UK business) from supplier based in Germany. German supplier imports them from Japan, Taiwan and China. I checked tariff calculator and there duties for these imported parts from Japan, Taiwan and China.
Who will be liable for the duties? Is it us or supplier in Germany pay all duties upon importation from Japan, Taiwan and China?
I would appreciate any help in this matter.
