Second successive tax enquiry

It is I assume a full enquiry as they have asked for all invoices, paperwork etc. When I rang the inspector to mention we had had the previous enquiry, he did some rustling then said "err oh err no its something else"... so I've no idea what they are looking for.
It is an enquiry on the LTD co. As for the companies agent, well thats me.. I don't fancy paying an accountant again to explain the figures he has already been paid to prepare once

I am sorry but if I paid a agent to prepare accounts that needed to be explained I would ask him to do so and would not want to be charged.How many accounts have you submitted for the compamy, it can only be two i would submise. I would ask your agent to ask what needs to be explained to the inspector, or just send the inspector what you gave your agent and see what happens ,it can not be two terrible in just two years.
