hi hope you can help,i started self employed 28th march 2015,i have registered as self employf with hmrc,they said they would write to me for the next step but no reply,i havnt had a bill for nat insurance,and do i need to fill in a self assesment form?im registerd to fill in online,but i keep getting lost in all the emails,what do i need to do?i dont want any penalties,when i ring tax nnumber they never answer.help!

yes i looked,i have to pay tax before 31jan and 31july,will i have a self assesment form to fill in sent to me?will hmcr remind me when i have to do that?
