What is the timescale for the Revenue requesting information regarding information re company cars during a PAYE investigation.

My understanding is 6 years.

If it appears that a car may have existed, prior to the 6 year period, that was never declared on P11D, can the revenue persue this?

If there was fraudulent or negligent conduct, yes.
