No APR on SIPP Farm Assets

Postby briancoat » Thu Dec 05, 2024 11:06 pm

For farmers who sold land to their SIPP to release cash, from 2027 are they liable for full 40% IHT on the farm-in-the-SIPP, with no APR?

Or do we need to wait for the consultation before we know?

(Plenty of farmers were offered this as an idea by advisors, when SIPPs and Farms were both IHT sheltered zones).
