US 401K Pension - UK Resident

Postby ny_rk » Tue Nov 26, 2019 2:33 am

I have an old 401K US pension from a previous employer. I am 53 and considering retirement. Does anyone know if I can draw money from the 401K account at 55 and if I can the possible tax treatment of the income.
