If a deceased person had several ISAs with different providers who are not part of the APS scheme,…and therefore any transfer of the APS allowance would need to be made to alternative ISA providers,which of the following applies?….I suspect 1)?

1)Providers A,B and C = non APS participants……..transfer allowances to X,Y and Z respectively.

2)Providers A+B+C …….transfer sum of allowances to X or Y or Z
