I am been helping my employer set up on line as an agent and having suceeded in doing so I find 90% of clients are missing from the client list even though we have had authority to act for them for years.Resubmitting new authorities would be a horrendous task. Is this a common problem with any shortcut solution?

Very common unfortunately!!

Even if a 64-8 shows up on their record it does not always follow through to the online service.

If you email the helpdesk with a client list they can update your online lists.
