Simple question about POA

Very simple - and somewhat silly - question here.

In box 18.8A on the self-assessment form, do I basically enter all of the previous year's "payments on account"? For example, my account shows that last year I made £7000 worth of payments for 06/07. Do I enter this figure in that box?

Many thanks for your help.

There is no 18.8A on the form.
With a pinch of salt take what I say, but don't exceed your RDA
