Postby dentist » Thu Sep 23, 2010 11:57 am

Hello!
Is it true that:
there is no TAX for new company for 1st year.
there are low TAX (not 21%, bet less) for 2nd and 3rd year?
or maybee any reliefs for young companies (ofcourse excl. Capital allowances )

P.S. Also is there the same rule for Self-employed.
Company is dentistry (February 2010). There are only two persons in company. (Me and my wife are dentists.) Company doesnt do any researches etc.
Thanks for all answers!

No reliefs for new companies Its the same 3rd year or 23rd year.

I would suggest you see a local tax accountant for forward tax planning.
