New Company

Hi

I want to register a company with companies house, however I do not intend to start running the business for another 2-3 years.

If the company is sat dormant for this period, do I have to submit company accounts and if so, is it basically a case of submitting blank accounts until the company is fully trading?

You tell companies house that it is dormant.
