Is it legal to operate an Irish company from the UK?

Postby barryevens911 » Mon Feb 15, 2021 1:42 pm

Just wondered, due to their lower corporation tax.

I live in the UK and operate a reasonably successful company, and thought maybe it's possible to operate this as an Irish company?

Company is 100% online, advertising sector.

If I'm wrong, please let me know as I wouldn't want to go down the wrong route.

Thanks

Perfectly legal.

But the company will be liable to UK Corporation Tax, so there is little point unless a significant portion of revenues arise in the Rep. of Ireland.
