Limited Liability Partnership

Postby Bazman » Tue Jan 18, 2022 11:03 pm

Hi there,

I'm considering setting up a company along with a business partner. The company will be based in Scotland and is projected to make £50k-£60k in the first year.

Obviously the options are:

partnership (P)
limited liability partnership (LLP)
limited liability company (LLC)

We are attracted to the LLP as we like the limited liability as well as the reduced reporting requirements and hence costs as compared to the LLC.
I would like to speak to someone who has experience of all three option, please pm me.

Thanks

Baz

Modern way - internet search for accountants in your area

Old fashioned way - yellow pages
