Allowable expenses

Postby Markhphoto » Tue Jun 04, 2019 3:05 pm

Hi. Could somebody tell me if freehold property insurance and ground rent are allowable expenses against CGT? Could you also assist with working out the exact amount of tax payable upon the sale of my property? Thanks

They would not be capital expenses.

Can you provide us more details? Eg. what type of property (commercial/residential)? Has it been rented out? Main residence? Etc.
