CGT Rollober Agricultural Land

Postby Orls » Mon Jun 24, 2019 11:49 am

I am working on sale & purchases of agricultural land. We have purchased quite a substantial farm (in one lot), in order to buy this farm we have sold other pieces of land which we are looking to roll over the proceeds into this new farm.

Has anyone specifically rolled proceeds into separate folios of one land lot? Ie showing the proceeds invested into different sections of the new substantial land(having been bought in one lot)?

The reason for my question is, 1. future land sales of specific areas at the outskirts of our farm and 2. segregating the overall cost of the new farm also against specific folios (ie each folio/field having its own base cost totally up to what we paid for the one lot)

Many thanks in advance for any replies
