Non Resident Landlord has never declared

Company registered in Turks & Caicos owns a commercial property in Wales.

Has never completed any forms. Has never paid any tax.

Tenant has not with-held any tax on rents paid.

Company has 1 ultimate beneficiary who is resident in Andorra

Is now potentially looking to sell the property.

What is the procedure for bringing up to date?
How many years does he need to go back to complete Returns?
What is likely response from HMRC?...ie. collect taxes and interest for how long? will they throw the book at him?

Would it be of any use/benefit to transfer the property to a UK company with the same shareholders?
