Capital Gains Tax - Executry Administration

Postby tax999 » Thu Mar 18, 2021 6:06 pm

I am completing an executry, is CGT payable?
The property was valued at £400,000 at date of death but sold during the estate period for £550,000
Is capital gains tax payable? Does this affect the beneficaries? One of the beneficaries is a charity
