I'm about to present the history of a guest house to a CGT accountant
Is there a set procedure how the accountant would like it presented
i.e.

a) The property was bought in
b) Worked on, and lived in the first there years before opening as a guest house.
c). and so on ?

Surely that's for them to decide what information they want?

Just give them some background and they'll end up asking you to fill in any gaps.
