I am unpaid as Company Secretary for my wife's company, however, she's proposed that periodically the company pays for a weekend away with our 2 children.

As far as I can see, this is in compliance with s.577 TA 1988. As I am not an employee, presumably there would also be no P11D issues?

Your wife would be taxed on the holiday as a benefit in kind which would be reportable on her P11D.
