I have a dormant company which have loaned to a parent company (holding company)A Loan OF £155,000 for trading purposes.

Now the dormant company is insolvent and we are writting of the debt. Please let me know if there is any charge for the parent company. If any can it be grouped relieved. No interest was charged by dornmant company for the loan.
