If these are trading losses, and the company transfers its salons out, makes no attempt to find new salons and becomes dormant then there is no hope whatsoever that the trading losses continue to exist if, at some point in the future, the company decides to commence trading again - notwithstanding that it is the "same" trade of hairdressing which will recommence.

Losses expire on the cessation of a trade, and if the company ceases trading then the losses expire.

If they are not trading losses (unlikely) then they will probably continue.
