Taxation with foreign outsource company

Postby Acodez » Tue Nov 05, 2013 12:15 pm

Hi,

I recently started my own company(LTD) in UK. It is a web design company with development center in India(outsourcing). My company will charge to customers let's say 4000GBP and that outsource company will charge me 2000GBP for their actual service/product. Subject of taxation for me is difference between 4000-2000=2000GBP, right?

Thanks for answers,
Jure

Right

Mind out for needing to become VAT registered.
