Hi,
I have some questions regarding leasing. In general, what are the tax treatments for leasing?
I understand that there is a difference between operating lease and finance lease, and whether if the lease is a long funding lease or not. Can anyone explain to me the differences and also their tax treatments?
Also, are there any tax or non-tax incentives to make leasing more favourable for leasing companies?
thanks guys!
