company car BIK

Question, husband & wife own an LTD they intend to get 1 company car between them.

They are both higher rate tax payers, the Co2 emissions are 42 so only 7% BIK in 2016/7 BUT my question is do both the husband and the wife have to pay the full 7% BIK each or is this shared between them given the access to car is shared? This would make more sense to me, otherwise there would be no incremental BIK charge if they got one each? but wanted to check

It is shared between them "on a just and reasonable basis". s148 ITEPA 2003.
