Are Capital Allowances available to a Company on rental income on a Farming Estate for new fencing? The fencing was not there previously so it isn't a repair.

Captila allowances are given on plant and machinery. A fence is unlikely to qualify as plant, and may be specifically excluded because it is a structure.
