where should the corporation tax be paid when changhing countries

I am currently the sole director for my limited company which I use for my contracting work. I have a couple of clients in UK.

Now, due to various reasons I am moving back to Germany and will be taking up a job over there. However, I will also be keeping these clients and doing some work for them over the coming year. I will probably want to keep my current company as is (i.e. keep it registered in the UK). I do not intend to take out the profits from the company just yet. However, I am not sure if the CT is due in the UK or in Germany? I am guessing since I am not personally taking anything out of the company, the CT can be paid in the UK. Later when I take some money out, I am guessing the tax on that money is due in Germany.

Is my understanding correct?
