Hi
I am an IT contractor operating through a limited company. I decided not to work as a contractor anymore and therefore plan to close my limited compay soon. I want to use the funds from my limited company to lon to my new SPV compay so that my SPV company could to invest in properties.
Is this possible? What are the issues one should be aware of?
