Hi

I have two companies and want to pay a dividend from one to the other. My and a colleague are directors and share holders in both companies. I understand that no tax has to be paid on the dividend and also understand that the HMRC needs to pre-approve the dividend payment. How do I let the HMRC and get their approval?
