Selling Items to a new Limited Company

Postby Expat1 » Fri Aug 05, 2022 8:16 pm

Hi,

I am looking to start up a new limited company that deals in property refurbishment and leasing. It will just be myself in the company. Can I sell items I already own privately myself like tools and equipment to the new company? How does it work for tax reasons as well?

Appreciate your help on this
