I have always done my own self assessment.
Every year I have to complete a sa109 as I am non resident.
I am no longer able to download and print off sa109 because HMRC has scrapped it, I used the HMRC self assessment portal but it's not on there either.
HMRC seem to he making it as difficult as possible to submit my self assessment.
What are the penalties for not submitting sa109 when your not resident.
(I still pay all my taxes due for any income received).
